(1) I just purchased my software. When will it receive it?
When you purchase one of our products, you receieve an email along with your purchase details. One very important piece of information in this email is your 'registration number'. This is what you will enter into the software to register it. You can immediately download the software from our website, install it, and then when prompted, enter the registration information (number, your name, etc.). Immediately the software will become permanently, fully functional and you and trial restrictions will be removed. There is no separate downloads for 'trial' and for 'paid' versions of the software.
(2) I entered the registration number and the software said that it was an invalid number. What should I do?
There are a few things to try. First, look at the registration number again and try to enter it again. Registration numbers can contain both letters and numbers, so try to not confuse characters that look similar (such as the letter 'O' and zero). Next, if you are asked to enter a registration name as well as registration number, then be sure to enter your name exactly as you entered it when ordering the program. Use the same capitalization, the same name abbreviations, etc. If you aren't sure about how you entered your name when buying the product, then look at the registration email that was sent to you right after you bought the prodcut.
(3) Are product upgrades free?
Minor upgrades for all our products are free. For example, if you purchase version 2.1 of a product, then you can download version 2.2, 2.3... 2.9 of the product for free. Your original registration number will continue to work. In fact, we strongly encourage you to check our website once in a while to check if a product that you have purchased has been upgraded.
(4) I lost my registration number. Can you send it to me again?
Please try to keep your registration number in a safe place. It is your responsibility to keep and backup your regisration number. It can be impossible for us to track down your registration number without having your order number. Of course, if you have your order number then you probably also have your registration number.
